Founded by two Florida Real Estate Instructors and Brokers, Robert “Opey” Russ and Melissa Harbour Kratish. With over 20 years of experience teaching real estate, we pride ourselves on being a trusted institution in the industry. As proud members of the Florida REALTOR® Faculty, Graduates of the prestigious REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and active Brokers with extensive real world experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, we bring the highest level of expertise to our classes. Our dynamic, engaging, and entertaining teaching style ensures that learning is not only informative but also enjoyable. Opey and Melissa are also Brokers/Owners of Gulf Life Real Estate, a full service brokerage with over 50 agents based in Panama City Beach, Florida.
