Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Licensing Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Complete a state-approved 63-hour course and pass the course final exam<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Submit electronic fingerprints through a service provider registered with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) as part of a background check<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Take and pass the state exam<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Florida Real Estate Broker Licensing Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Hold an active sales associate license for at least 24 months out of the past 5 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Complete a state approved 72-hour course and pass the course final exam<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Take and pass the Florida Real Estate Broker Examination<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Sales Associate Post-Licensing Requirements (First Renewal)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Renewal periods are every 18 months to two years\u2014either March 31 or September 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Sales associates must complete 45 hours of education to renew their license<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Renewal periods are every 18 months to two years\u2014either March 31 or September 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n
