Opey taught using real world examples and created the atmosphere for a good dialog with the class. At the end of the class, he shared lots of resources that we could take and use to increase our productivity as agents. Overall a very good experience.
Although this was the first course I've taken with Opey, it won't be the last. As one can imagine, Law and Ethics can (both) be rather dry and mundane subjects. Opey’s knowledge of the topics combined with a sense of humor evoked interest and involvement by the audience.
